Consortium: IHGF (Sarajevo) / Spre?a (Tuzla) started with activities on "Major project for water loss management in the water supply system in Lukavac". Lukavac Municipality, in the lack of their own sources is forced to buying water, and that is reason why has a great interest to establish a quality management with  water losses, but also with its system as a whole.

Project task is scheduled to perform the following activities:

1. Water Balance Creating in accordance with IWA methodology, using "bottom - up" approach and  CalcuLEAKator software ,
2. Creating of hydraulic model,
3. Optimization and control of pressure in the system,
4. The technical solution of remote monitoring and management of the entire water supply system, and
5. The technical solution for establishing cadastre and GIS installations.

The project is managed by mr. ?evad Koldzo, an expert in this area.

It is planned that the project will be completed within 60 days.
