Within the institutional support project, the consulting company Sachsen Wasser and Vodacom organized a training staff of PU “Water and Sewerage“ Bar, Herceg Novi, Kotor, and Tivat during  May and June 2011. The training was led by HEIS expert Mr ?evad Koldžo.

The purpose of the training was to theoretically train the staff of public water utilities of Bar, Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat about the use of leak detection equipment, methodology of finding losses on site, and the method for locating possible losses on site. The practical part of the training was aimed at identification of losses in settlement Sutomore in Bar, settlements Bijela and Kamenari in Herceg Novi, settlements Kostanjica, Morinj and Strp in Kotor, and the settlement Radovi?i in Tivat.

Satisfied with the results of the training, "Sachen Wasser" and HEIS signed a new contract for the engagement of Mr. Koldžo and during November and December 2011.  for  the water supply companies organized training where they acquainted with IWA Water Loss Methodology based on Case Study in Water Supply system in Herceg Novi.
