Within the project of Institutional support for VIK Ulcinj, German consulting company Sachsen Wasser (Leipzig), are launched comprehensive hydraulic measurement in the selected pilot zone (DMA 8).

In stated campaign are involved 18 employees VIK Ulcinj as well as regional NRW expert and current team leader of the project in the behalf of  Sachsen Wasser GmbH, mr. ?evad Koldžo, who will manage this action.

After completion of the measurement being performed Water Balance and performance indicators calculation, in accordance with to IWA methodology and bottom up approach (using Software tool CalcuLEAKator) and launched the sound leak detection campaign for detecting the real, as well as elimination of apparent losses.

For this purpose, yesterday in hotel Olympic in Ulcinj were signed a contract for the purchase of Integrated software package (ISP) for VIK Ulcinj. The agreement were signed by: Fehim Avdiu (VIK Ulcinj as user of software), Misa Valok in the behalf of InfoSoft Ltd. Beoagrad which will deliver software, Boris Vukovic in the behalf of Vodacom doo Tivat, and ?evad Koldžo in the behalf of company Sachsen Wasser GmbH Leipzig which will purchase this software.

The integrated software package will incorporate finance, commercial, technical and general service in the VIK Ulcinj, which will ultimately lead to better management of water supply system.
