Water loss reduction campaign in Trebinje started today. All activities, in the frame of this campaign will be implemented in accordance with earlier prepared document named Strategy for water loss reduction in Water Supply system in Trebinje. This document prepared by ?evad Kodzo, NRW Expert (IHGF) and he will be responsible for implementation of all activities related for Water Loss reduction in Trebinje. Project began with flow and pressure measurement campaign in 5 DMAs, as determined in mentioned document.

In accordance with IWA recommendations in the second step will be implemented sound leak detection campaign on the pipelines which will be selected on the basis of results of Water balance and performance indicators analysis. Water Balance analysis including key Performance Indicators evaluation, in Water Supply system Trebinje will be determined using CalcuLEAKator software (Software for Water Balance analysis based on „Bottom-Up" )
